I know this is ancient but I really like this song. I think I was in grade school when I first heard this. It was during the era when Spice Girls were the "it" girls in the music industry. The Girl Thing is one of the girl groups that came out following the popularity of Spice Girls.

Going back to the song, it's entitled Last Goodbye. The lyrics aren't that superfluous or anything. It was very direct and somewhat literal. But as a young girl, I totally dig it. The melody is very catchy and it has that sort of emo vibe to it. And up to now, I still find myself singing the chorus every once in a while.
